Blessed was now-melted Sheffield superclub Republic's boozy cheapo student remix of their world famous Gatecrasher night. Derek the Bandit is something like South Africa's answer to Judge Jules but in one of the more unusual moves in dance music it now appears that he's hanging up his headphones to take part in a pyramid scheme.

After a couple of privacy slip ups from Facebook, and with some employers routinely Googling new applicants, many people have been scrambling to lock down their online identities. Having read Daniel Solove's The Future of Reputation I'm starting to think that this is the wrong approach.
