ImageHypeMachine has been coming up with some proper bo tunes this week.  Here are some of the best from Midfield General, The Teenagers,  MGMT, Kid Sister, The Knife, Crystal Castles, Rusko and Dr. Alban (yes!).

Midfield General - Disco Sirens (D.I.M. remix)

I've had my eye on Skint's Midfield General since his remix of BBC drama soundtrack favourite, Furious Angels by Rob Dougan. Apparently his new album, General Dissarray, is out in April.  Do want.

The Teenagers - Love No (Tepr remix)

I'll admit that I've been a sucker for that ravey minor stab chord since I was 12.  Basically any song that uses it automatically acheives an epic win.

Al Azif vs. Adam Tensta - My Cool (feat Dr. Alban)

Classic 90's eurodance style tune here.  This actually makes it sound like 50 Cent has joined MaxxDr. Alban fact - Dr. Alban is actually from St. Albans, Hertfordshire.

Kid Sister - Pro Nails (Bag Raiders Remix)

Kid Sister is Chicago's best known female rapper.  I find the hook for this song very amusing for some reason.  Got her toes done up with her fingernails matching - apparently.  Damn Girl is pretty good too if you feel like it might be time for the percolator.

Jose Gonzalez and The Knife - Heartbeats (Remix)

Because The Knife are great, and Jose Gonzales reminds me of good times at Intonation a couple of years ago.

Crystal Castles - Love And Caring

8-bit earbleed from Toronto's Crystal Castles.  Sounds like what happens when you try to insert the Starfox SNES game cartridge into a PSP.

MGMT - Time To Pretend

This track from MGMT is going to be the big summer anthem this year I think.  I listened through the rest of the album and it's pretty solid.  The production makes it sound like it's jumping right out of the speakers.  Best line "find some more models - everything must run its course".

Rusko - Cockney Thug

Nice rolling bassline on this one and the sample at the start is very entertaining.
